At Native Office Supply, we are committed to delivering your products quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for information on how we process and ship your orders.

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the shipping method selected and the delivery location.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM MST on business days, with delivery by the next business day.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as carrier delays.


3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. For inquiries about international shipping or shipments to U.S. territories, please contact us at orders@nativeofficesupply.com for more information.


4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.


5. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery. Depending on your location, we may use one of the following carriers:

  • UPS
  • FedEx

6. Shipping Delays and Issues

While we strive for timely deliveries, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays may affect delivery times. Native Office and Janitorial Supply is not responsible for such delays, but we will do our best to keep you informed and assist with any issues.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at orders@nativeofficesupply.com . We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, we may request photos of the damage for our records. We will work with you on a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
  • Lost Packages: If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us, and we will assist you in locating it or filing a claim with the carrier.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of order placement. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an error is discovered, please contact us immediately to correct it before the order is shipped.
